Horlings Garden Centre is a well-established garden centre proudly serving Peterborough and the Kawarthas for the last 60 years. Situated on five acres of land, Horlings is the region’s largest supplier of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals for both professional and backyard projects.

Our Story

Horlings Garden Centre was originally founded in 1963 by the Horlings family. Ed and Glenna built the company’s reputation in the community not only as industry leaders, but also as a trusted source of knowledge with friendly, familiar faces. After a successful 58 years in business, the Horlings retired in the spring of 2021. This change has led to an exciting new chapter at Horlings Garden Centre, with new owners taking the helm and proudly continuing the tradition of community-focused service and friendly expertise.
